Santa Claus

We took the kids to see Santa Claus last night. Madison is at the age now where she at least knows who Santa Claus is and was really excited to be going to see him. We got to the mall and Santa was sittingt up in a big green chair and surprisingly there were only a few children ahead of us. Maddy waited patiently in line to see him, then Matt & I both walked up to help Madison get on one leg and Bradon on the other.

After sitting Bradon down, Santa said for us to go up by the camera and act like monkeys. Up until this point both kids were doing great. We were trying to get both kids to look at the camera and all of a sudden Bradon looked up at Santa. Up until this point I don't think he really knew what was going on. Right after looking up he looked at Matt, the camera lady, and I with the worst look. She took about 5 pictures and with each picture his bottom lip stuck out even farther. After the final picture Bradon again looked up at Santa and started screaming. When he started crying Madison started getting upset and we had to go "rescue" both of our kids.

The picture we got is priceless and we don't think that we traumatized Bradon. We hope not at least. :)
