Day 3 - Alana

Alana –

Alana has taken the world by storm recently.  I was so thankful to have another little girl, I envisioned that she would be as laid back as her sister and not as rambunctious as her brother.  She is actually a combination of the two, which means that there is no rest.  She climbs, gets into things, goes through cabinets, and even hides with the best of them.  However, she is also very laid back and could careless as to what is going on.

She has been talking for a while now, however she has been jabbering non-stop as of the last few months.  She just goes and goes and goes.  The upside is that we know that we won’t have the same speech issues that Bradon had, however the downside is that she fights and argues with her older brother and sister all the time.  I thought this house was loud before, but the addition of the third voice makes it a ton louder.

She tries to do everything her older brother and sister does.  This gets her in trouble, gets the older two annoyed, and also gets her hurt.  I swear our little girl has had more bleeding parts than either of her older siblings.

She gets really excited about Tae Kwon Do class and everyone gets a kick out of her yelling “hi ya” during Madison’s practices.

Alana recently turned 2 and it seems the terrible twos started with her birthday.  She tries to be bossy, gets upset, and sticks her bottom lip out.  We all hope that this phase won’t last terribly long, however it doesn’t look hopeful at this point.
